Great product and outstanding customer support
This was a replacement….for the remote. the lights were good. over all, this is a really good set of lights for the patio. very bright, but dimmable. Customer support was outstanding, they sent the replacement over night. My first set looked like it was a return and the remote kind of melted. Also, the first was missing the spare, so I just took them from the replacement.

Easy to use
These lights came with remote and batteries to control the lights. How ever I was hoping I could control them with my home system. But the lights will not dim outside of their own controls. I have to use the remote that came with the lights. Other than that they work fine and came with two spare lights.

Nice decorative LED outdoor string
small plugin driver/power supply, nice connectors for extension. I don’t know how many strings I can connect to one power supply. The LED’s are not very bright, they have limited brightness so are more decorative than lighting source. The remote works fine and can dim the lights.

The only big issue that I have with these lights is that there are too many! They work great but 200 ft were just too much, but that was my problem. They were delivered great, they work great and look great. People are complaining about them being a big issue to untangle, they were packed about as good as they could be but with shipping movement, they did take a bit to get them laid out. Maybe 20-30 minutes spent getting them sorted out, but not terrible. Be patient, they do a great job!

Nice lights… after you untie the knot
HEY! Are you that guy? That guy who thinks the best thing about the holidays is untangling Christmas lights? BOY HOWDY do I have a product for you. These outdoor LED string lights are awesome at setting a mood, have a nice remote, and look pretty neat when installed. BEST OF ALL for you, they come in a box in a knot that would make Alexander puke his guts out.Seriously. Whoever packed these had no chill. Just looped over and back on itself with no rhyme or reason other than, “It fits, close box LOL.” So, while I appreciate the product itself, the experience of having to spend nearly an hour of my life getting them untangled would preclude me from future orders.

Decent lights remote is relatively useless
The lights are fine. Wish they were a little brighter, but fine. The remote works, but doesn’t go more than 20 feet so relatively useless.
