When it beeps, I let out the steam and dinner is prepared—it’s almost infallible!By leveraging steam pressure, this significantly reduces cooking durations, enabling me to partake in other activities such as enjoying time with family or watching television. We’ve successfully cooked ‘fall off the bone’ ribs in roughly 45 minutes, achieving tastes similar to those from 4-hour slow cooking. It’s also great for soups, since it incorporates flavors faster than conventional boiling. I can prepare chicken in ten minutes, hard-boiled eggs in under five, and even delicious cheesecake in less than an hour, all effortlessly!This pressure cooker, along with devices like the air fryer and sous vide, revolutionizes cooking in the kitchen. I love this OLIXIS Electric Pressure Cooker! It’s super versatile! I’ve used it for rice, soups, slow cooking, and even making yogurt. It saves so much time, and the food comes out delicious.Cooks fast & evenly – Perfect for busy days.Easy to clean – The stainless steel pot is a game-changer.Good size – Fits plenty of food without taking up too much space.Just make sure the lid is sealed properly, or it won’t pressurize. Took me a try or two to get used to the settings, but now it’s my favorite kitchen gadget. Highly recommend!

Family sized pressure cooker.
I ordered the “OLIXIS Electric Pressure Cooker 6 Quart Stainless Steel Multi Cooker Electric for Pressure 12-in-1 Rice, Steamer, Yogurt Maker, Slow Cook,Meat Stew, Cake, Porridge, Multigrain,SLV.”It’s a nice pressure cooker. I’ve made pork tenderloin once, and rice once. Both were tasty and not overcooked.It would be nice if there were a slot to hold a rice spoon, or measurements for the amount of water for rice on the inside, but there isn’t. I had to use my finger to measure the water, this trick is found online or ask your Korean aunt like I did.There wasn’t a button for pork tenderloin, but I was able to use the meat stew button. I put the seasoned tenderloin on the included metal trivet (with water in the bottom of the pot of course,) and when it came out it was fairly tender, but I think I could have reduced the time by five minutes.Heating seemed to be even. To get the lid in place line up the arrow on the lid with the open lock picture at the top right of the push screen area on the base. Then turn the arrow until it is above the closed lock.I love how easy to read the buttons and the vent are.I believe it’ll take me a few months to get used to having a new electric pressure cooker, but I’m satisfied with it so far.

This versatile pressure cooker works just fine. I love all the options, and it has proven to be a good replacement for our slow cooker. It is a good size for our family of four. I like that the inner pot can be put into the dishwasher. That same pot has a ceramic nonstick surface, which I’m not sure contains forever chemicals (PFOA free) or not. I do not think that ceramic nonstick contains them, but I am not sure. I wish they would state that explicitly though.I have never heard of this brand before, so I was hesitant to order it. I typically shop items that carry a warranty. But outside of the standard Amazon 30 day return warranty I could not find a manufacturer warranty.
