Easy to wash!
Quality: This whisk is fantastic, it can flatten or balloon up depending on your task. It spins and locks into place so I never have to worry about it accidentally flattening. The silicon is very durable and also super easy to wash! I have not had any issues with water pooling up in the handle after washing and drying them. I do hand-wash and air dry!Comfort: Super comfortable to hold. The size is perfect for most kitchen tasks!Overall, this is a big improvement from regular metal whisks and I love that it is a 2-in-1!

Way better than I hoped
I needed a compact whisk. And i thought- there is no way this will last and it’s goofy….Yeah, I love this thing. No whisk getting tangled and rusty in the drawer.It locks into place and stays. I’ve made cakes, Sauces, biscuits etc. I also use it flat when making Alfredo.It cleans easy, hasn’t let me down yet.I never thought I would review a whisk….Sturdy so far and works as described. It’s not flimsy and feels decent. And for the cost it was very worth it.I haven’t used this for mashed potatoes. But don’t intend to either. Was for baking. So far it’s way more than I anticipated and would buy again if needed.

My new favorite kitchen utensil
I bought this after seeing a cooking video of someone using it. I loved the concept of being able to turn the whisk for easy washing and storage. The whisk is sturdy, washes easily and stores mostly flat. It can be used as a whisk or a spatula and even makes it easier to scrape batter from the sides of the mixing bowl. Absolutely would recommend.

My cousin first told me about this whisk that she got for herself. She mentioned how it could easily fold flat and would therefore comfortability fit in kitchen drawer. Not is it easily foldable but just as easy to open. Once you do open it does lock into place so that it doesn’t become flat again while you are using it, so it does the job it was designed for! It mixes just as good as a regular whisk. I got the blue color which looks pretty nice. This was on sale so we got it for a pretty good price!

La marca pocas veces me ha defraudado. Fácil de guardar en el cajón con su plegado con un clic, pero lo importante es que no ralla nada los boles y ollas en los que no se puede utilizar metal. Me salió una bechamel perfecta.

Wer kennt das nicht? In der Küchenschublade sammeln sich viel zu viele Löffel, Kartoffelstampfer, Teigschaber etc. und wenn dann auch noch ein Schneebesen dazu kommt, klemmt die Schublade vollends.Zumindest für den Schneebesen hat Joseph Joseph eine Lösung: ein faltbarer Schneebesen! Der Schneebesen hat am Griff einen drehbaren Ring. Damit lässt sich ein Teil der Schlingen so drehen, dass der ganze Besen flach liegt. So nimmt er weniger Platz in der Küchenschublade weg. Der Ring rastet im ausgeklappten Zustand ein, damit sich der Schneebesen nicht versehentlich während des Rührens zusammenfaltet. Zur Hitzebeständigkeit kann ich keine Aussage machen, da ich normalerweise keine heißen Speisen mit dem Schneebesen umrühre.Der Schneebesen besteht aus Kunststoff. Für die meisten Anwendungen ist er stabil genug, einen Rührteig würde ich damit aber nicht rühren wollen. Andererseits lasse ich heutzutage meine Teige sowieso lieber von der Küchenmaschine rühren. Daher reicht der Schneebesen für meine Zwecke vollkommen aus. Der Preis ist im oberen Drittel angesiedelt, aber der gewonnene Platz in der Schublade ist es mir wert.
