Love our new dishwasher!
We got this dishwasher because our old one was really loud when it was in use. We would have to turn the TV up super loud to hear over it. This one has a quiet mode and we are very pleased with the noise level of it! My husband was able to get it set up fairly quickly and easily. We also like that it has multiple settings to choose from depending on amount of dishes, long cycle, quick cycle, etc! Our old dishwasher also didn’t dry very well, and this one seems to dry a lot better! I also think it’s cool it has a little extra storage rack at the top where you can put knives and spatulas. Last but not least, I love how it looks and that the buttons are on the top.. which is a big bonus with a toddler who touches everything!

It completely failed after just two month of very little use. We called a technician from Sears who said that the computer was not communicating with the washer, and the repair is six hundred dollars. Little quality product.

difficult yo learn how to load, but still a great machine
This dishwasher really gets things clean, it’s remarkably quiet, and there are a lot of interesting settings that I haven’t tried yet. Also, it has a very thin third rack at the top that’s perfect for cooking utensils, plastic lids, etc. However, all of the machines I’ve had before are designed so the plates and bowls face toward the center. In this case, you can only load them all in one direction. Also, the upper (glasses, etc) rack is odd: strange shapes on the bottom of the rack, and it’s taken me time to figure out what to put where.

Amazing! Quiet and Fast
My old dishwasher isn’t cleaning my dishes properly so I had to step in the market to research and buy a new one. I decided to go with Kenmore Built-in stainless steel tub dishwasher and I have been really happy with it. First of all, it is very spacious, I cook a lot and have so many dishes but when I put them in the dishwasher, there is still so much space left (it has 3 different racks that are also adjustable). second thing is the settings, I love that it has so many setting options, if the dishwasher is partially full then there is even a setting for that! I could hear my old dishwasher in my room upstairs but Kenmore dishwasher is really quiet. Absolutely love it!

Very cheaply made – doesn’t dry well
Bought this and it was delivered wrong color and broken. We decided to try it out anyways and the door is so cheap. Nothing like my old kenmore electronics. Didn’t dry my dishes and was just very disappointed. Returned and bought a different brand and couldn’t be happier.

Poor response to problem
Arrived without handle for door. We’ve been emailing back and forth for weeks. Still no commitment for when missing handle will be provided.Does not completely dry cups and glasses. Even with “EXTRA DRY” selected, small amount of water is left on many cups & glasses.It does clean everything very well.

Love my new dishwasher! It gets all my dishes even very dirty or caked on dishes clean! Very quiet. Great addition to our home. I was very nervous about the purchase but it is a wonderful product.

Very noisy. Beware
Very Noisy. Kenmore lies about 49 dBA. Decibel meter says 70+ dBA (every iPhone has decibel meter built in). We bought Kenmore to replace Thermador, which failed after 18 VERY SILENT years. Had to look at light to know it was running. If noise is an issue, live in apartment, condo, light sleepers, or TV room close by, do not buy this dishwasher; 49 dBA is a ruse. You will be sorry.
