Completely Disappointed
I liked the idea of having a measure of security with this Smart Wireless Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera. I didn’t realize until it had no operating instructions or manual. The only thing in the box was the doorbell camera, the doorbell chime and a charging cord. I contacted Amazon and despite their best attempts, I do not know what app works with this device and I’ve tried a few. There is nowhere on the camera/doorbell or the chime to connect and charge either of them. In essence, I have a new yet useless device. This was a total waste of money.
