I absolutely love the NIRMAN Wooden Coasters for Drinks! This set of four round coasters with a convenient holder is both stylish and functional. Simple Elegance & Functionality
Just what I wanted! They match the wooden tray I use for my teapot. They are simple yet elegant. They started to show a little bit of wear on the surface from being wiped down after use. The idea of having to wipe them periodically with mineral oil as suggested by the seller to keep them looking nice, that did not appeal to me. So I took some black acrylic paint and painted the inside only of these coasters. Now they are no longer “absorbent” but I didn’t want anything absorbent to begin with. Coasters do not need to be absorbent in order to protect my tables from liquid stains, and now they are easier to keep clean and nice looking. I had been looking for a set of matching coasters in white but didn’t find anything, so I just bought another set of these black ones and started painting them with white acrylic paint. When they are done I will post a pic of those.

Nice coasters, with good grip on bottom. Only complaint is the diameter is a bit smaller, a larger coffee mug will not fit due to the raised edge.

I use them all the time. I do use a little olive oil on them when wiping down and cleaning. I like to use non chemical cleaning agents. These hold up well.
