Great buy for the money! Not chintzy at all!
The plexiglass is very thin, so it could arrive broken, but of course you can ask for a replacement, which they happily do. The second one arrived perfectly intact. And the frame is nice and sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap. I used it as a gift: I printed out four 8 x 10 photos for my mother in law whose 16 year old puppy finally died after a long, happy life…. and when she received it, she said it was the best gift anyone could have given her, nobody had ever taken any pictures of her dog throughout the years (except me). So this was a winner gift and if it had felt “cheap” or “cheaply made,” I would not have given it to her.

Very nice frame
Sturdy solid frame. 4×6 size pictures fit in the three slots. I put antique postcards in the frame and looked amazing. I will definitely order this again for more postcards. It was easy put together. Easy to hang either way.

Nice frame and matt but uses plastic not glass
I am happy overall with this frame and matt but I am taking one star off because it uses plastic instead of glass. This does make it lighterweight but I feel there is a slight reduction in visual clarity because of it. Good price, so you get what you pay for

Nicely made.
This is a nicely made frame and matte. When I first started using these frames with plexiglass, I wasn’t sure I would like it rather than glass. Now I believe I prefer the plexiglass.

Nice frames
I ordered 3 frames. They are very nice. At first I was a little disappointed that they were not glass, but then I decided I do like the plexiglass. The plexiglass makes it lightweight and you don’t have to worry about breaking them. I would definitely recommend them. I love the way they fasten. The hardware is very nice.

Very poor quality
We ordered 6, since we wanted to our wedding pictures inside and gift the frames to family. When I got the box, it was in perfect shape. Inside were the 6 frames we ordered and on first glance everything seemed fine. I unpacked all and already wondered about how light the frames were, they didn’t seem very sturdy, so I took extra care. The last one had a broken corner and I requested a return. But the lightness of the frame did not give me much piece, since we were going to send them via mail and I was worried they would get damaged during shipping. When I picked another one to feel the sturdiness and judge the quality I noticed a hairline crack on the back of one corner. 3 out of the remaining 5 do have broken corners. And while the other 2 do not show any damage, I doubt they would service any journey or even hanging on a wall for too long. They may look nice, the price is not cheap, but the product certainly is. I would nit recommend buying these frames!

The frame was exactly as described and arrived within the specified time. It has plexiglass instead of real glass, which is fine and it came with protective film on both sides so there were no scratches. A fine frame to display my pictures.
