The Amcrest Video Doorbell Camera requires wired power and may utilize your existing doorbell wiring (16V-24V). If you do not have existing doorbell wiring, a seperate power supply must be purchased separately. Doorbell is compatible with existing traditional mechanical and electronic digital chimes to provide surveillance of all front door activity in high definition 1920x1080p resolution, 2MP @20fps. This doorbell is not battery powered.
Built in microphone and speaker allows for two-way audio and makes it easier to talk to visitors without having to get up and answer the door. Includes two interchangeable faceplates, choose from a black or silver faceplate. The Amcrest Video Doorbell Camera is RTSP stream compatible. This home security camera features an extra-wide 140° viewing angle allowing you to cover every angle.

Great buy for my home! The Amcrest 1080P Video Doorbell Camera Pro has significantly improved my home security and visitor interaction experience. Here are my detailed reviews:Installation: Installation was relatively easy, especially since this is a hardwired model. The guide included in the package was clear, and I was able to connect the camera to my 2.4GHz WiFi network without any issues. If you have some experience with smart devices, you probably won’t have any issues.Video Quality: The picture quality is impressive, with a 1080P resolution. The image is crystal clear, even in low light conditions, thanks to the built-in night vision. You can see visitors perfectly, even if it’s nighttime or on a cloudy day. Great choice for those who want options
I love how open this product is, allowing me to connect it fully with my Blue Iris setup. It even integrates with Home Assistant, which allows me to set up some really cool automations like showing the camera on all my tv’s when the button is pressed. With so many Companies trying to lock everything down, it’s super refreshing to see a brand offer something that will allow for more tinkering. I really like that you are given so many storage options; you can connect it via RTSP to a local NVR, insert a MicroSD, or if you aren’t technical at all, you can use the Cloud Setup offered. It’s really nice to see options without being pushed in any one direction.The picture quality is pretty decent, and the night vision works well. The PIR sensor seems to be a pretty good job of detecting someone approaching, though you may need to tweak your Motion Detection Zones. The Field of View is pretty impressive, catching a wide view of your front yard/porch/etc, and showing a full shot of who pressed the button without needing to be mounted unnaturally high.The App seems overall well designed, offering the basics needed, including tweaking the picture a bit, allowing for talking back and forth, and so on. I was impressed that they include literally everything needed for install, including a screwdriver, and even both a silver and black faceplate to give you options based on the look of your door.Overall I was really impressed by this Doorbell. I had put off getting one as I’m more privacy minded than most and wasn’t really comfortable being locked into only using a remote server for storage. This is a nice, small, relatively easy to install doorbell that looks nice once installed, and does what I need it to do without extra bells and whistles.

The Amcrest 1080P Video Doorbell Camera Pro, Outdoor Smart Home 2.4GHz WiFi Doorbell Camera (Wired Power), MicroSD Card, PIR Motion Detect, RTSP, IP55 Weatherproof, 2-Way Audio, 140º Wide-Angle AD110-SH provides an image at night and day well enough to make most details out. The 140 wide angle gives me a nice view of the porch, road and driveway. I did need to purchase a different mount since I have siding on my house that’s not flat. It’s easy to install and the directions are easy to follow. I wish it worked on the same app as the rest of my Amcrest cameras. Wish all worked in on simple to use app. In the over saturated market of camera and doorbell cameras this one is wonderful for the price point and Amcrest has never steered us wrong. We recommend them.This might be my doing from installing but when you ring the doorbell it rings outside then a few minutes later will ring inside.
