Very clear, sleek look doorbell camera with chime
Purchased a few days ago and I am very impressed with the battery life. It was at 66% and I haven’t charged it yet and battery life this morning is 64%. Very clear head to toe and also panoramic view. It was a breeze to install. I did get the cloud app for $6.99 a month. I thought that was a very reasonable price. I had been looking for a doorbell camera for a while and after reading many reviews, I decided to go with this one. It also has a light greenish blue light when it senses movement or if someone rings the doorbell. Comes with the doorbell chime and there is multiple doorbell rings that you can choose from. The night vision is very clear and picks up sound very well. You will have to purchase a sd card as it doesn’t come with one. I’m glad I finally have a camera outside my door as I live in an apartment building.

No monthly fees, better picture than Ring
Had a ring, didnt like the subscription based service with no other way around it. Ring stopped working out of no where a few weeks ago. Bought this Auso, and im austounded on the quality and wide viewing angle this camera has! This isnt hardwired like the ring, so you can put it anywhere you would like, and from other reviews it appears that the battery will last for months before needing to be recharged. Connection is 2.4ghz wifi only, and you will need a micro sd card, up to 128gb if you plan on not using auso’s cloud subscription service. The camera will format the card(fat32) for you so no need to be a tech genius. I bought a lexar e-series(class 10, u3) 128gb for it. Camera connected easily and i had zero trouble setting it up. Ai facial recognition is only through the cloud based subscription, which i dont plan on ever using anyway(say you were getting robbed on your way into the house, since ai recognized you, it may not capture the crime, its detrimental to scenarios like that!) I can not comment on durability, but i will promose to update the review if anything goes awry. Pictures show the cameras coverage for comparison.

The motion detection is a little sensitive, I get notifications for leaves sometimes, but better safe than sorry, right? The app is super user-friendly, and I love that I can get alerts straight to my phone. It’s definitely made me feel safer, knowing I can see who’s at the door, especially since I live alone. The battery life is decent, I haven’t had to charge it as often as I feared, after thee days of using it, the battery still at 100% charge. It’s also kinda fun to see who’s lurking at my door when I’m not expecting anyone. Honestly, it’s a game-changer for deliveries. I don’t miss them anymore, package detection is awesome. It’s also a good way to see if my friend is joking about being at my door. The night vision is also really clear. And the design is sleek and modern, it fits my aesthetic perfectly. I think it was a good purchase overall. And get this! The Auso V8E totally hooks up with Alexa, which is like, chef’s kiss for my smart home vibes. I can do all sorts of cool stuff, like have Alexa announce when someone rings the doorbell. Imagine, “Alexa, someone’s at the front door!” instead of just a chime. Plus, I’ve set up routines so that when the motion sensor goes off at night, my porch lights automatically turn on. It’s so much safer, and honestly, it makes me feel like I live in a futuristic movie. It’s definitely made my smart home feel a bit more complete and a little more fun. I recommend this doorbell 100%.

I’ve had this up and running for nearly 2 months. Battery life is very good. Haven’t had to charge it even though it’s Winter cold. Video quality is good overall. Audio is acceptable. Easy to setup. Good value.
