Very Good Quality for the Price
The AuKing 2024 Upgraded Mini Projector amazed me. Its Full HD 1080P display produces crisp, clean images that work well for projecting movies. It was easy to install, and the USB and HDMI connectors allowed for a smooth connection with my phone and laptop. Considering how inexpensive it is, its brightness is surprisingly decent, and its small size makes it easy to carry around. All things considered, it’s a great low-cost choice for regular viewing.

This projector was easy to set up I did have to buy an HDMI cable that would fit in my laptop and the projector but overall the projector worked great. I just projected onto a white wall and the picture was clear and focused. The size is small and portable.

Experience after 40 days
Edit 10/16/2024 – Just a day before I posted this review/comment whatever , I emailed customer service at AuKing , asking what their recommendation was to address the dust issue that I has having problems solving due to the angle of the mirror inside . After a reasonable amount of trying their suggestions , they gave a satisfactory solution. I won’t say what that was because I don’t want to create an expectation of what they may or may not do with similar situations, but I will say their customer service was excellent. I was first stunned how quickly they replied initially , and then even more impressed with the speed of their follow ups. These guys are serious about customer service. They never tried to deflect an issue or imply I was wrong or ignorant to the problem or solution. I gave it 4 stars and I’m keeping it there, not because it’s a great projector, after all it’s a $50-$70 projector , but because it punches way above its weight for the price and the after sales support is surprisingly great .The good : It depends a lot on your source , of course. Mirroring from my laptop was ok , not amazing. I found that it probably has more to do with the laptop than the projector. That’s because streaming movies via a playstation 4/5 or a roku is very good. It’s a little dim compared to a serious projector and definitely most any TV, but in a dim room ,it’s very good for a sub $100 projector. At least perceptively as good as most movie theaters. The sound , it’s usable , but get a soundbar for sure.The not so good : Dust. If you’re using this a handful of times a year for kids’ movie night/halloween etc, it’s perfect for that. After you’re done, store it in a zip lock bag and it’ll probably last for years.If you’re replacing a tv in a bedroom , especially if you have carpet, prepare for a battle with dust . I’m not talking about wiping the exterior of the lens with a lens cloth. I’m talking about internally . There’s an access cover under the label underneath that you remove to wipe the different optics . Those aren’t too bad to deal with using the swab they provide, but the mirror is at an angle that makes it very hard to completely wipe.It’s a very good option for the low price , but get a can of compressed air ( for computers etc )and blow it out every 3-4 days if you aren’t storing it in a sealed bag.

I initially ordered only 1 for xmas( for a son that has all types of gadgets and this was something he did not own) but after playing around with it to make sure it worked, I had to get one for all of my 3boys and myself. Yes I bought 4 Projectors. They were on sale for xmas for about $55.00. Grab while it has 30% off. Great deal for this!! Yess Im truly pleased and excited about it. I haven’t written a review on anything in awhile, years, but this was something I had to tell everyone about. I base a lot of my buying on reviews and YOU MUST BUY THIS. Ladies your man will love watching the game supersized on the wall. And the volume is loud. In the video my son is watching the game from his xbox. ESPN. It is much clearer than you see. He was laying down and I wanted to quickly record it.. He uses it for facebook, scrolling the web, watching movies, everything. ohhh, for xmas, I surprised everyone and had it on the wall, just the wall, no projector screen. We watched videos from last xmas as we opened gifts. It was the talk of Christmas. Since me and my family have used it on everything ( Iphone, Android, Live TV, Tablet, Laptop, Computer, PS4 , Xbox ) I wanted to share this important information for anyone looking to purchase. I hope this helps: With the Iphone you need to use hdmi adapter [Apple MFi Certified] Lightning to HDMI Adapter, for iPhone 1080P HDMI Digital AV Adapter Sync Screen Connector with Charging ( and yes I bought the $13.99 from amazon, works perfect. The real adapters are about $44.00 and I was not buying 4 of those. It has a remote. Android phones need a different adapter. Im going to do another review with my other son cause he has called me bragging about this since Christmas . I will update u with a future review if there are any issues that cant be resolved. Great Cheap Projector
It does exactly as advertised – obviously you can blow a LOT of money on a projector to have a super bright and clear picture, but if all you need is something basic this does the job nicely and for not a lot of money. I was also able to get in contact with their support team and get a firmware update that gets rid of the very loud startup sound, which I found as the only real negative. Easy to use, has worked with anything I’ve hooked up to it. You’ll just want a bright-white surface for projecting, and not a lot of ambient light in the room. Works great.

Went strong for 16 months before issues
Not really disappointed honestly, worked well for 16 months.After that time it started having trouble starting up (pressed power button, then high pitch sound, fails to turn on)And then just after that it developed an orange burn spot in the image (heard it was common with cheap projectors)
