I ordered a photo as a gift, order got printed and handed over to delivery partner. I then realized that there is an error in the image I shared. I reached out to the seeker and explained the case. He understood and quickly stopped the delivery and helped me to get the correct image printed and delivered. I am not sure if any other seller would do this, he was very helpful and understanding. Received the item today, quality was excellent and delivery was 1 week earlier than promised, inspite of the confusion I made. Excellent workmanship and customer service.

Damaged frames
The pictures are good but four of the five frames were damaged. The picture frame on top of the stack was okay but each frame below was damaged by the screws on the back of the frame stacked on top of it. They need to put a sheet of bubble wrap between pictures to avoid damage from screws.

The canvas is great and the frame solid enough. But the colour is very desaturated compared to what I submitted. It’s too washed out to be on display so for me it was money wasted.UPDATE:The seller read my review and contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. They offered a reprint and shipped it for free and also included an extra print. Customer service is above and beyond and I am now very happy with the outcome. I upgrade my review to 5 stars.
