Good product, fair price, need more instructions
I own a 50 year old pressure cooker. It was time to update. My first meal was a venison and potato stew as a trial run. I wish there were more explicit directions. Apparently, one can buy a $27 book to give more instructions. That book is not in my budget. I will figure it out over time. The second trial was soup in 15 minutes. That went well- no idea how to use all the other features but I am learning. It is easy to clean. It comes with two plastic, non-scratching rice paddles. I will store it in the basement and bring it up for a meaal. I do not have room on my small kitchen’s counters. I would buy again.
