So far, so good – VERY impressed!
I was a bit skeptical about these countertop dishwasher units but decided to roll the dice and get one after researching as many brands/models as I could. I chose this one, based on the reviews here and on YouTube – combined with its relatively modest cost. I am now several months into using it nearly every day and probably more than 100 actual loads run. I can say that I continue to be very impressed with its trouble-free operation and how clean pretty much every item I put in there gets. Initially, I was using pods – but I eventually switched to liquid, which is much more practical/cost-effective. It has operated flawlessly since day 1. It has been a nice break from the drudgery of having to hand-wash everything as I used to do. The normal wash cycle takes about 1.5 hours and uses about 1.5 gallons of water. It is extremely easy to operate. My only slight annoyance is that the unit’s capacity is pretty modest and there are certain larger pots and pans, etc that I still need to hand wash – but that’s not really a big deal.

My little kitchen helper!
I have run five cycles in this machine, and every single one of them [with the exception of the first] came out great. The reason that the first didn’t come out great was I didn’t realize that the bottom blade was being blocked by a spatula that fell through. Oops. That’s on me, but every cycle since now that I’ve noticed that the spinner at the bottom is working, my dishes are coming out spotless, and I’m just running a normal cycle using the manual filling technique instead of hooking it up to the sink, which I can do either. I have it pretty much sitting on the counter next to my sink and it’s a wonderful helper cuz while I’m washing the pots in the pants, this thing is washing the containers the plates.A few people complained that it didn’t clean plastic well. My plastic spatulas, spoons, rubber andor silicone container lids have been coming out just fine. Some have plastic clips on them, and they have not been coming out bad at all. It did not come with any sample of dishwashing liquidpod, so I was wholly unprepared, but I just ran to the dollar store and got a small pack of cascade and it’s just working wonders. It even has a drying cycle towards the end and pops the door open to help get everything dry as possible. It’s a bit heavy, but I’m not planning to move it often. I’m thinking eventually to place it on a rolling island. It’s big, so no matter what, it’ll stand out.My only contention is that it could be a bit bigger and uses a lot of water, but if you only knew how much I hate doing dishes, you’d understand this is minor for me. Press the button, and go!

Get it!
This has changed my life for the better! I have struggled with the dishes my whole life. Which means I always have dirty dishes, a full sink and a whole spiral of excuses to self hate.I got the larger capacity washer for the 10.5 inch plates and it is amazing. I fit everything in here including cookware(except cookie sheets), just realize a spaghetti pot or a skillet will fill the wash basket pretty much up so you won’t be able to wash much else with it. I will run multiple loads if I need to but it will fit everything. The normal cycle takes 2 hours and 10 minutes at the end the door will pop open to vent and allow the dishes to dry perfectly your dishes come out cabinet ready. But I find that it is not necessary to use anything except the rapid cycle that takes 40 minutes. There is no dry function on the rapid cycle only a beep, but I towel dry my dishes and clean out the filter screen after every load and love it.I have mine sitting on a rubber drain mat next to the kitchen sink and its so close that its easier to fill the tank with the faucet sprayer than the faucet adapter (mine was missing so make sure you have it if you need it). The pitcher that comes with takes about 3 and a half times to fill and you need to pour slowly or the water will splash out of the included funnel. Here is a tip-I put the funnel inside a zip lock bag then cut a hole so the water will drain into the dishwasher, now there is a top to the funnel and I can use the sprayer without the water tidal waveing over the side. One thing about soap, this machine comes with a packet with some liquid and a couple of those pods, do not use either. This machine doesn’t produce the operating temperature to process a pod you must use powder. Also there is a cup for powder built-in the door, with a half full mark. I have found that your dishes will need to be rinsed off if you fill the soap powder cup past the half full mark it is simply to much. I keep an old table spoon in a zip lock bag of power for use and I only use a third of a table spoon for a perfect load. Dish powder is very efficient and pretty cheap I got a 3.5lb box of generic powder for $3 bucks and haven’t used half the box in the 5 months since I got this dish washer.People say even at 40 minutes I could wash way more dishes by hand faster than that machine. — That is true and also a bad comparison. 1) You will not be able to wash the dishes in water as hot as this unit so that means you will not be able to get your dishes as clean as this machine, so not the same. 2) this machine washes and rinses an entire load with the same amount of water that it would take you to wash a sauce pan, so not the same.If you are considering this and you can afford it I promise you will love it

I wanted so badly to give it 5 stars because it works SO well. It was extremely easy to set up and it cleaned the dishes so well they literally sparkled. One HUGE issue is the fact that it leaks so much it basically flooded my countertop. It’s not leaking from any of the hoses or ports. It’s leaking from the bottom and I can’t figure out the issue. I’m going to chalk it up to it being defective because it doesn’t seem to be a common issue when I looked it up.

The first time I used it, it leaked water all over my floor. I tightened the drain hose, which seemed to help, but there was still a bit of a soapy leak at the beginning of every wash cycle that seemed to be coming from the front of the machine. Customer service told me to return it.This was unfortunate because this thing weighs over 40 pounds, comes in a huge box, and I am not that strong. I live in Canada and the post office does not do home pickups in my city, so I had to recruit a friend and a hand truck/trolley to get it to the post office. I should have checked the weight before buying it because boy was it hefty and a pain to return.A few other things I think could be improved:-adding a basket for utensils: there is a utensil rack that can be used, but it fills up easily when you lie the utensils horizontally. It is harder to use the space under the rack when you load the utensils vertically, but doable with smaller bowls/items on the bottom-having a better suction cup to attach the drain hose to the sink: the one supplied kept coming loose and did not stabilize the drain hose at all while it was draining. We had to wrap the hose around the faucet and sink knobs to hold in place-including some trial detergent. I had to buy powder detergent which I no longer have a use for (this is the only type the manual specifies can be used). It seems that they used to do this based on the 2022 reviews but that they stoppedThings i liked:- it easily fit my 10.6 inch plates. It could probably fit even larger plates (maybe 11 inches or more if you load them at an angle)- it cleaned our dishes really well and dried them well- the auto-open door option after a cycle is done-the option to load water from the top and the receiving dish it comes with so you don’t spill water as you load itsome other information i would have found useful before buying this: the dishwasher comes with a 1 year warranty, but for any repairs past the 30day amazon return policy, you are responsible for fees for shipping the machine to comfee and for the return (which I imagine would be expensive given how heavy this thing is).overall, if it wasn’t for the leak, I probably would have kept it. I may have just gotten a bad unit but based on some other reviews it seems this has happened before. I recommend they do some fine-tuning on this because it is a nice dishwasher otherwise. I only had it for a week and ran it 3 times, but it worked mostly well.

Works well for what it is. The only drawback is the small size of what can fit in it. For my situation it is really the only option at this time. However if you have the space for a full size unit go for that instead. Also make sure you measure it as it does not fit under my cabinets. I have to have it on a table on its own.

Considering this comes with a whole baby care setting, I had higher expectations for how it would work for cleaning bottles (the main reason I bought it- soon to have 2 kids under 15 months so I need all the help I can get keeping bottles and pump parts clean).First off, this thing is bigger than I pictured (yes I measured) and is HEAVY. It’s a little bit taller than the given dimensions so it’s a really tight fit under my cabinets (I should have had a little over 3/4” clearance and have less than 1/4” which can make a big difference when this is meant for small spaces). It was easy to set up the drain hose. It doesn’t take too long to get started, figuring out how to load it is honestly the hardest and most time consuming. The rack is horrible for arranging bottles and their pieces. I don’t have fancy bottles either, they’re the standard 3 piece bottle. The rack doesn’t really seem optimal for placing anything in it. The pieces for keeping stuff upright are too close, but somehow the bottom of the rack lets anything even remotely smaller fall through to the bottom. The cutlery tray doesn’t hold much because it’s poorly designed too.I was hoping to be able to use this for my pump too, but I have no clue how to secure my pump parts after having difficulty just with the bottles larger pieces. Also the items I put at the front right didn’t get cleaned at all somehow. The area seems to be a dead zone for where the water pressure hits.I’ve had the same issue with white residue leftover that I read others have had too. I guess I’ll have to start trial and error with the detergent because it must not have rinsed off properly. I don’t have hard or soft water. I used Finish powerball tablets (manual says tablets are usable, and someone had recommended them when I was reading comments). The white residue sucks because if I can’t get the issue fixed, I spent a lot of money purely to make washing bottles easier just to have to still hand wash them… can’t exactly feed my kids dishwashing detergent.I’m really wondering if it’ll be a waste of time to even try a load of normal dishes, but I’ll be giving it a try tomorrow with a new detergent so I’ll try to update my review after.Dishes don’t dry. Like, at all. It sounds like a fan is running during the “drying” stage but there’s zero air movement. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying considering it’s supposed to dry and still uses power during the “drying” stage just to accomplish absolutely nothing.I don’t trust the extremely flimsy suction cup that comes attached to the drain hose, so I’ve weighed it down in my sink with a pan to keep from potentially having a small flood. It is quiet, I’ll give it that. Others have reviewed saying it’s loud but I don’t think it is at all.I did read and follow all the instructions, and have tried the manufacturer fixes noted in the manual.I ended up coming back here to go through the questions on the page to try to find some fixes. I’m currently running a rapid cycle to try to get the white residue off (which is really an unnecessary waste of extra time, water and power). Hopefully a new detergent will help to alleviate the residue so I don’t have to keep doing a second cycle. As for the rack… I’m looking at getting one of the special bottle racks meant for larger dishwashers, but haven’t found anything that will work well in the small space of this one.

Gave to my daughter for her space in our basement. Works as described and is perfect for two people. They thought it was a wonderful gift and were very pleased with how easy it is to use.
