Q1: Why splatters when quickly releasing steam?
– Too-much-fluid recipes will cause splatters (ex. soups, stews), it’s recommend to stay the ‘Seal’ position, and release steam naturally.
For most recipes, releasing steam naturally for a few minutes after cooking has finished, and then releasing steam quickly, will be applied to most recipes without much fluid.
Q2: Why the Slow Cook setting isn’t hot after a long time preheat?
– It’s a normal situation. Longer cooking time, more nutrients will be lost, to better lock the food nutrients, a good slow cooker will keep a low temperature to avoid nutrients lost much after hours cooking, and still keep a tender and juicy taste.
Q3: When to open the lid?
– After the float value has dropped, you can open the lid.
Q4: What are the orange dots in lid and pot base?
– They are indicated marks to let you close and secure the lid more easily. Align the orange dot on the lid with the orange dot on the pressure cooker base, and then twist clockwise.

Best pressure cooker!!!
I have to say something super important I do not put 10 stars because there ir only 5!!!!!!! This is amazing pressure cooker. I do not have nothing negative to say. I used already for a couple of month and this is amazing! Perfect size for a family of 6, super easy to use, super versatile. Easy to clean, it is like new and I use it every day, for bean, or meat or any other food!! AMAZING!! I am loving this brand!!

The most advanced pressure cooker I’ve used!
This pressure cooker is truly the most advanced one I’ve seen so far. It’s well-built and feels very secure while in use. The design inspires confidence, especially when handling pressure cooking tasks. It’s also surprisingly easy to use, with intuitive controls and clear instructions. One tip for using the rice function: make sure to use equal parts of rice and water (e.g., one cup of rice with one cup of water). I personally like to add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time, and the result is absolute perfection every time. This cooker has quickly become a staple in my kitchen! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile and reliable multi-cooker.

Great Pressure Cooker!
I purchased the Cosori to replace my Instant Pot brand pressure cooker, which had failed because of a very small part that couldn’t be replaced. It must be planned obsolescence. So far I am very pleased with the Cosori–it does everything my other one did and was considerably less expensive. It’s very easy to use, is lighter and the inner pot is non-stick.

Affordable and Reliable
This pressure pot is really solid and works great for all kinds of tasks. It holds pressure well, making it super reliable for things like resin casting, degassing, and even painting. Plus, it’s got plenty of functions, so it’s pretty versatile. It’s definitely worth the price.

Fantastic Pressure Cooker
Love the Cosori brand. First the air fryer and now the pressure cooker. This appliance does everything from slow cooking to pressure cooking. How great to have 7 appliances in 1. It is dependable and easy to use. I plan to make Cosori my go-to brand.

A must have
If you want to cook and leave it everything in a pot and don’t have to worry about it getting burn then this is for you. Also a pressure cooker so it will make all hard meats tender in a short period of time. Easy to use, easy to clean, a lot of functions.

Excellent All In One Appliance
This has become my very favorite kitchen appliance. I love all the features it has to offer. With one appliance it can be a pressure cooker, rice cooker, slow cook (crockpot), saute, ferment, and sous vide. It also has other settings like delay start, keep warm and sterilize. What more could you ask for with an all in ONE appliance. I am in love!

I have had this a few months, the first month I accidentally dropped the inner bowl and dented it so it would’nt fit comfortably in the pressure cooker, I could not find a spare bowl online so emailed cosori and asked them if they sold a spare bowl, they said they don’t make spare bowls but as a courtesy they sent me a bowl free of charge which was very good of them, since then I have made loads of different things, stews, curries, rice pudding, spicy rice, pilau rice, porridge oats, I have also steamed vegetables in it and boiled vegetables in it, the timer is brilliant, I have found it very handy to be able to set my rice or my stew to cook at a specific time so it’s not on all day, it cooks quickly and is very easy to use, it’s so versatile, an absolute bargain, I use it a lot and it has replaced a lot of my other appliances.

My old stove top pressure cooker which had for decades was starting to play up so thought time to replace it. Was intending to get another stove top but thought would have a quick look at electric ones and was impressed by the multi functionality they offer and the many positive comments they gather. Ultimately went for this one over many others, partly due to the number of features and positive comments and as was on offer at the time. It’s so simple to use and a doddle compared to my old stove top. Comes up to temperature and pressure surprisingly quickly. Easy to get going and with timer set something you can just turn on and leave. The sauté feature is very handy but not sure if that’s a common feature in electric pressure cookers. Lots of cooking options and some I don’t think will ever use but beyond pressure will use as rice cooker and slow cooker soon I’m sure, and probably try some others, though not sure I’ll be making yoghurt any day soon. Instruction book detailed but the recipes that came with it and accessible through the app very inadequate, but plenty of ideas out there on line and dedicated books. As someone used to stuve top pressure cookers I found transition to this electric one simple and without issue, and I think would be easy for a newbie to use with confidence. Lots of handy tricks, lid holder, condensation trap etc and comes with useful trivet and utensils. Easy to clean, though not sure I’d put the inner pot in a dishwasher
