If you’re the kind that likes to read the instruction manual, it is well written, but before you get barely started reading it the system will have configured itself and got everthing working and going! It really is that easy! Night and Day video are both great! The OS is terrific and easy to use and does anything you need – look for past events, live monitoring, whatever. I know from past surveillance systems that Hiseeu is reliable, helpful, and keeps their products and firmware up to date. One thing it won’t do like some other systems is cost more!! 😉

Easy setup and great picture quality!
Setup of this Hiseeu system is as simple as can be. Connect an ethernet cable to the NVR and your router, along with the supplied mouse and HDMI cable to a display and you’re ready to power up the NVR. You can also connect to your router wirelessly. Follow the on-screen prompts and power on the cameras and the NVR finds them automatically. I supplied some pictures of the NVR as it is seen thru the Eseecloud app, as well as pics of the clip download screens. There are a lot of options to select the date, time, channel and whether you want to search for an event that happened on that channel or just want to select a certain time for your download. I was able to come up with an event of the family pet roaming the property when she was supposed to be in the house sleeping. Found that the grandkids left a access gate open for her to make her escape. Would have never known as she was back in the house in the morning. The night vision is clear, as are the day time pics. Very happy with this Hiseeu system so far. As far as support, I haven’t needed it much but the few times that I have reached out to them in the past, I have received a reply the next morning.

3MP vs 5MP
I originally purchased a cctv set with 5MP cameras from Hiseeu around two months ago. The cameras were great – they tracked at both daytime and night mode, very bright light on at night mode and still tried track motions. I thought I’d move to a new house in a month and so I could install them and see how they go outside until the 30 days term ended, unfortunately it never happened – almost moving was not gonna happen. So I returned the cameras – what use when I don’t even know if I move out?Then the fudging moving happened – like 2 weeks ago, I ordered this and just received today. What I expected from the 5MP camera – light alarm and night tracking , which are written on the product description don’t work at all. The first camera did that – it tracked movement fine at daytime more. But when it is at night mode – it literally didn’t do anything.So I’m returning it. Once the return process is completed, I may order 5MP (now 10 bucks increased compared to what I paid two months ago) unless Hiseeu increases the price again.

Even came with drill template to mount cameras.Setup was straightforward and connected without issue.Works both with local NVR storage and the mobile App.Image quality is good both in day and night vision. The tilt and pan function is a great feature as well.Support is also very responsive and works with you to meet satisfaction.Would recommend this setup for anyone looking to add peace of mind to their home.
