Very high end build quality!
First of all, we love the design of this oven, all the materials it uses feel very high quality, it has so many functions for our daily kitchen use: toast, bake, air fry. We used it for making Chinese style bbq beef skewers, it was so easy to set up, the food came out perfect, it has the same flavor and texture as the restaurant ones. We love it so far! Definitely will make more delicious food out of it!

The Little Oven That Could
This is a pretty good little oven. We got it to replace an air fryer that had a rear fan/vent that blew grease into our backsplash with every use, so no rear vent on this oven is a big plus (its vents are on the sides). This one is way quieter as well: air fryer mode no longer sounds like a jet plane taking off. It fits a 12″ pizza but doesn’t take up a lot of space, and there is plenty of room between it and upper cabinets. The trade-off is fewer rack positions than some ovens, but the three levels it has get the job done. At first we thought the door was broken because instead of one smooth motion, it sticks at two points (kind of a clunky feel) but then we realized that allows you to keep the door ajar without it shutting on its own.The cons that keep it from earning that last review star? They are minor but worth noting:– the control and start/stop beeps are annoying and cannot be turned off– the upscale graphite look is interrupted by some copper accents on the knob and handle– does get a bit hot and some of that heat can be felt when touching the handle (but doesn’t feel unsafe)– makes a clicking sound as the heat cycles on and off (hopefully we will learn to turn it out)Again, all fairly minor complaints, and we’d still buy it knowing them.

Fan not strong enough
I really looked for a stove/air fryer that wasn’t toxic . . . and it seemed the Val Cucina fit the bill. I bought one but it smoked up the house when I cooked hamburgers (most of the smoke came out of the door instead of the vents. So . . . I returned it (thinking it was defective). So I bought a replacement – same thing – more smoke came out of the door than went through the vents (and yes I had it on air fry with the fan on). I was attempting to cook two patties that I bought at Costco. I am returning this oven.

You Get What You Pay For – This Fryer Is Worth Recommending!
The fryer at home broke, and I happened to come across this model while searching. With a “why not give it a try” attitude, I placed an order. The delivery was very fast, and I couldn’t wait to test it out.My impression is that you get what you pay for. The previous fryer that broke was a cheap one from Costco, and there’s simply no comparison. This new fryer is excellent in terms of temperature control and ease of use, making it a perfect choice.I will definitely recommend this fryer to my friends.
