Great Air Fryer
I have been very pleased with this Air fryer. Haven’t had any issues with cooking my food. However after 7 months it stoped working.. Reason I’m still giving 5 stars is because when I reached out to brand customer service they immediately sent me a brand new unit. Also I noticed that unfortunately in the air frying world this can happen to manny brands so thankful to Kitchen Elite and Poppy for the swift and smooth process in getting a replacement!

Great price for a great product
I’ve been on the fence about buying and Air Fryer!! I’m so glad I bought this one. It works amazing, so easy to clean, super quiet, Size is perfect and easy to use!!! I made fried chicken and it was so good, not dry and came out to perfection!!!! I highly recommend it. This is my first one and I’m impressed! Why did I wait so long lol!!!! You won’t be disappointed. No weird smells. It also a pretty appliance. So happy with my choice 😊

Stylish air fryer with lots of functions
This air fryer has been such an upgrade to my kitchen. There is a screen on the air fryer that has a lot of functions to choose from and it has helped me a lot. I used to google certain times/temperatures to air fry things and this has a great function where you can choose what you are air frying. An example of this is chicken, you can click the button and there are designated settings to help with that and it has been great. It has a decent amount of space and is really easy to clean. The best part of this is the fact that the design of the air fryer matches with my kitchen interior. Absolutely love this air fryer because it cooks my meals so well

The activation switch stopped working. The connection piece to the heating element was made with low grade parts and almost caused a fire in the home.UPDATE: Was contacted by the company’s customer service and they went above and beyond. They have made it right by me. So they have GREAT customer service!

Unsafe product,
1.Fulled the drawer out to check the food and product continue to run, it could have stopped.2. Continue running several time when opening drawer to check food3. Finally just stopped working4. Product work correctly less than 6 months

Be careful of the Grate
UPDATE: After seeing my review, Kitchen elite emailed me and offered me an updated version to replace the faulty one! This new air fryer works perfectly! No more burnt thumbs! Thank you Kitchen Elite for rectifying the situation!I bought this as a gift for my son and his wife for Christmas. Today, almost a month later, my son has told me that it works great but the grate at the bottom falls out of the compartment everytime you dump your food onto your plate. Today, he was making chicken nuggets for my 2 year old granddaughter and the grate physically burnt my son’s thumb when he attempted to empty the nuggets onto my granddaughters plate.

Air-Fryer is Great!
I love this air-fryer, it’s perfect, for cooking. With my health, I had to change the way I use to cook and eat. Hurray! No more oil, and I used the basket liners. Food wasn’t greasy, took less time to air-fry, didn’t heat up the kitchen, like ovens do. And the food tasted Great! It is easy to operate, and clean up.
