Worth the money.
Love it! Works great..fits a small space perfectly. Feel safe that it turns off if there is nothing settling in the burner and also you can set a timer. Cleans up easily. Definitely recommend! But you can’t use all cookware on it.

Perfect for my Dutch oven cooking with specific temperature and time. Nuwave design is clean, minimal, nice addition without taking too much counter space. It has a fan that makes a whirring sound, not silent, but good to know ahead of purchasing.

First things first…. The refurbished product is like NEW. Not a single mark or fingerprint or sign of wear…Simply Awesome.Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Another great thing was it came with an extended warranty! How great is that?!This NuWave induction cooktop is wonderful. Boils water faster than stovetop!! It’s a great addition to our kitchen. You can control the temperatures quite well and it certainly makes recipes easier. (Our stove is awful at temp control, and it’s new and major brand…) This thing is great for controlling temps and cooking properly. LOVE IT

Great except for the fan noise
Works well. Cast iron pans on this are great. There are too many buttons, the timer goes off by default so you have to set it if you want to go for more than an hour. The main reason I deducted a star is because of the cooling fan. It runs constantly and is loud and annoying. If this unit lasts, it’s well worth the money.

Amazing little hot plate! Multiple wattage settings for jenky outlets! haha. I live in a small apartment and this comes in handy, I especially enjoy the exact temp controls, I now know that I can cook a burger at 290* and it comes out perfect every time! Would def buy again, highly recommended, sleek design, easy to use and clean.***Make sure you buy the right pans for convection heat!

Amazing little cooktop
I bought this cooktop refurbished and after one year of daily use, I am still very happy with it. It has its limitations, i.e. the temperature settings are not accurate and the heat distribution in larger pans and pots is not perfect but considering the price, it works amazingly well. I bought it so that I don’t have to use my polluting gas cooktop. I will eventually install an induction cooktop but for now this little cooktop does its job very well.

After I upgraded the lithium battery in my R.V I decided to give electric stove top cooking a try.I looked around for products on amazon and I found that most of them will not tell you the size of the magnet, And usually they will not say what size saucepan it’s suitable for.I found that the nuwave induction cooktop was one of the few products on amazon that had no bs in its description and a very clear description of what it can and can’t do. That’s a good enough reason to choose this product over all the others. They have two sizes and clearly explain the differences. I found the smaller one is perfect for my 8-in max cookware set.The best way to break down any preconceived.Ideas about what induction cooking is and is not, is just to get one and give it a try. That’s what sold it for me.Induction cooking is Not like gas, And in every way, it’s better. I love how you can just set a temperature. With gas, you really have to play around to get the right heat.But with induction , it’s way easier than that.The circle printed on top of the cooktop shows the size of the magnet inside. You can use a pan which is one or two inches larger in diameter. Don’t use a pan that’s smaller because it will waste energy.I particularly like the rounded shape of this unit. It fits in the cupboard more easily. It’s great for rv. I love how it has three power settings Because I run this thing on battery. At 600w, I can sautée and save power. At 1300w i canheat up quickly to boil water.I can’t say enough.Good things about this electric cooktop
