How many users can view the device at the same time?
The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom.
Do you have to subscribe to watch in real time? Can this camera be used with a sd card?
This camera supports real-time viewing but does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.

The range is usually about 20 to 25 feet.
Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

great product for the price!
Overall, great cameras for the price. The quality is surprisingly high. The cameras are clear and provide an accurate vision. I wasn’t aware of some of the additional features, but the cameras also have voice activation, which allows you to talk through them. In addition, the set up process was seamless although if you run into any issues, the customer service through the app is available to answer any questions. I also appreciated the fact that the cost for memory is not excessive, and it is good for one year. The cameras are reasonable in size and easy to remove for charging. The battery life is also great. I haven’t using them for over a week and the battery hasn’t gone significantly down. However, one of the security features I would suggest adjusting, would be the human detection sensitivity in the app. The lower the sensitivity, the faster the battery will run out and the more notifications you will get. It just depends on personal preference and the level of security that you’d like to have in your home, however, that is something to keep in mind.

Great for the price!
Great value for your buck for sure. The app is easy to navigate and I’ve used the app for my doorbell for the best couple years and decided to get cameras that work with it as well. These have pretty decent picture quality and sound quality. It’s only a couple second lag which is not that bad in my opinion. Great night vision! All in all the quality is great!I’m only given it four stars simply for the fact that I cannot figure out how to turn the spotlight feature off. The spotlight will and go off every time you access the live feed and it will also go off with motion detection which is what you have to have on in order for it to record feed. If I can get that figured out and somehow get it turned off then I will give it five stars for sure. Also they have very reasonably priced cloud storage and their support team has been A1 since day one!I don’t have many video clips saved because I use mine indoors but I have this little gem that I thought you guys would love it’s hilarious but it shows the quality.

Observation at the push of a button
A good camera, was very easy to set up. I wanted to put it in the back yard but it kept disconnecting. That’s when I realized it wasn’t the camera it was the router. After placing the router up higher on the wall the camera worked perfect. The clarity of the color night vision is amazing. I have no complaints with the battery either. It holds a charge for weeks. It is nice to be able to look in on my vehicles without having to peek through the bedroom blinds. I’m definitely going to purchase another one for the front yard.

Great bang for your buck!
The cameras work great, the quality is decent. I love the notification/alerts it sends to your phone in real time. The talk feature works nice, really clear quality. I was skeptical at first because of the price point, I didn’t know how well the would work. Honestly, if you’re thinking about buying security cameras and are on a budget, you can’t go wrong with these! They are exactly as described!

Good for the price.
Camera works good and has good quality. Easy to set up. Battery life could be better. When motion and human detection is on and sensitivity is low expect to have to charge it frequently. It does last a long time when you adjust the settings but that can cause issues with your camera not recording certain things. You can also just always have it connected so it’s not a big deal. One of my cameras was stolen and I expected it to record the moments before but due to the way I had the settings it didn’t record. I thought it had continuous recording but apparently it doesn’t.

Good camera for price
This camera works perfectly. Easy to setup and good video and picture quality. The connectivity never fails. It is a true bang for your buck. The only issue I could see would be the views on the cameras are not wide enough and you have to pay a subscription for cloud service and there’s no way to add your own SD card.
