Samsung is a JOKE!
Immediately after the faulty installation of my dishwasher, I contacted samsung. Their contractor RXO, did a poor job and didn’t even replace my front door which they removed when they delivered. The machine is not level and the metal straps are visible under my counter top.It took 2 month to get a response from Samsung, only after I reversed the charges on my AmEx. Then two more month of Rxo sending guys to properly install the dishwasher, only to find that it was damaged and needed parts and never sent repair parts.Now samsing says that it’s outside the window of this complaint, when they have been blowing me off and or not addressing the issue.They told AmEx, that I never returned the appliance, which was not the issue. If that was the reasoning behind the horrible service, RXO, their contractor had been to my house twice to correct the installation and never gotten authorization to return the dishwasher. I purchased it Jan 2024. 5 month w/o functioning, brand new dishwasher.

very poor quality
We bought this in April 2023. After 8 months a piece from the front panel fell off and there are cracks on the side of the front panel. We got a service appointment on Dec 22nd. The technician came but he had an old part in a brand new box. They wanted to reschedule on Dec 28th but as we were out of town we agreed on Jan 8th. While waiting for the technician they called us and said they determined it was physical damage so it’s not covered by warranty. It is quite amazing they couldn’t determine that while on site but from memory 3 weeks after. We had a KitchenAid dishwasher for 9 years and we really regret choosing Samsung now.
