Top of the line TV
Did not know what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. TV is perfect. Size fits on my stand that I already have the set up which was the best part was incredibly easy. It’s basically plug and play and you’re good to go called into customer service when I was getting started doing the installation she verbally took me through the whole process and that helped so I knew what to expect and the whole thing went off without a hitch TV picture is excellent. It’s got voice control and other features and I did also purchase a sound bar because with all these TVs, the sound is in the back of the TV, which is completely unhelpful so now with the sound bar and the picture in the size it’s like being in a screening room of the movie theater. It’s fantastic

Upgraded model over the store version
The upgrade over the version available in Stores. The choices are all over the place as far as TVs made to stream, play games and entertain. This Vizio mode is a Amazon exclusive with a great refresh rate for gaming, great color saturation overall and faster overall than the “store version”. Featuring WiFi 6 speeds means that it works with current internet top tier equipment, this is a plus if streaming is the majority of what you do. The picture quality is good and adjustable to a few different presets. The only downfall is I run an old cable box and it has a noise when I change the channel, I’ll blame the box. I would recommend this tv as a solid bedroom set or as a main set for a smaller living room in an apartment.

Great Gaming TV
I wanted to be able to Play My Video Games and Watch TV at The Same Time and End up Getting this TV for Playing Video Games. This TV has a Good Refresh Rate (120hz) for Gaming, has HDMI 2.1 (Which is Great for the PS5), is VRR Compatible, and is HDR Compatible (HDR10+ and Dolby Vision) Out of the Box.The TV has Good Picture and Sound Quality Out of the Box as Well. The Picture Quality is Better than My Old Gaming TV (Which I Use for Watching TV)The TV is Bigger, but Thinner than My Old Gaming TV.43″ is Good, but 50″ is Better. This TV vs My Old Gaming TV:The Sound and Picture Quality of Both TVs are Good, but the Sound and Picture Quality of this TV is Better. This TV is 120hz Refresh Rate (Native). My old Gaming TV is 60hz Refresh Rate (Native). Both TVs are HDR Compatible. This TV is VRR Compatible. My Old Gaming TV is not VRR Compatible. This TV has HDMI 2.1.My Old Gaming TV does not support HDMI 2.1.

Defective and terrible customer support
The TV was initially good for the price, as I had got it when it was discounted, however after half a year it was clear that even with the discount it simply was not worth what I had paid. The TV began to have visual defects (smearing, very bad smearing) that you shouldn’t be experiencing with a new television, the tv started to show lines and uneven brightness, and within a few months after these problems began to appear the tv shut off on its own several times and would take hours and sometimes days for it to turn back and and function again.Customer service was horrible. The process was not smooth and had me jumping through hoops in which I could never finish in one sitting, I’ve since had to talk to customer service three separate times before finally getting my warranty request submitted, and even though I started the request well in advance of the warranty’s end date I only barely got it in before the warranty ended. That was not the end of it. I was then told that “because [I] missed the warranty window,” (which I did not. I was told that I had until the date of delivery, and also told I had until November), instead they would send me a used or ‘recertified’ tv as a replacement instead. Now I am stuck with a used tv in exchange for one I bought brand new in which the new TV was severely defective, the used TV is likely to have similar issues as it was returned.I would not recommend vizio TVs so long as you have to deal with vizio directly as it felt like they were trying to run my warranty out before I could finish the request. They will not make you whole if you end up with a defective product. My experience with the TV and the company has been all around terrible, I hope at least nobody else will suffer the same as I have. I feel ripped off.

Remote a nuisance
The tv has good colour, clarity, and sound. It is meeting expectations. However, the remote is really annoying. I have a number of items with remotes as most of us do. This is the only one I have or have had with this issue. The volume control “button” is on the side and changes frequently when using the remote to perform another function. When holding it, the hand naturally goes over it and it is very sensitive. To comfortably use the remote it is hard to miss it. I know this sounds like a small thing when evaluating the whole tv, but as it happens all the time no matter how the remote is grasped, it really becomes annoying. Does this keep me from liking the tv or purchasing it again if I need one for another room? No, because the tv itself works fine. I just feel there could have been better design on the remote.Although again the tv works fine, the directions for setting it up (I have cable) and figuring out the correct way to align all the functions could be a bit more linear and clear. I am not an expert, but have set up more than my share of computers and other electronics and found this annoying.Sorry if this sounds picky, but a tv is not a “dime store” purchase and as such should be evaluated as a total package.
