Product Description
Why did we design Olen?
The idea originated from our other coaster, Pan, which utilizes cork as the main material, offering water absorption, heat insulation, and anti-slippery features.
We thought about utilizing felt the same way we did with cork, but the colour of felt doesn’t fit with acacia wood, and the felt ring doesn’t seem to offer the same support as the cork ring.
Instead, with two pieces of felt of the same size inlaid in the solid wood from both sides, Olen is able to offer excellent support forces. and finally, when that dark grey touch of felt meets the walnut colour of the solid wood, everything just felt so right…
Unique HOLDER-FREE Concept
Like every other coaster from S1EGAN, Olen is designed holderless so it can be stacked up on one another easily when set aside.
Unique “Sandwich Structure”
Two pieces of felt are neatly inlaid in solid wood.
Large surface with soft felt ensures noise prevention and anti-slippery.
Thick bottom offer protection for the table and noise isolation.
Clean&Maintenance
YES!
It likes absorbing drips, but rinsing it is too much.
Apply water on the surface and wipe it dry, then apply wood wax oil over the acacia wood surface for maintenance purpose.

Best Set of Coasters Ever. Attractive and Functional!
I never thought I’d be the person writing a glowing review about coasters, yet here we are. But honestly, these things are just that good.First off, they actually do their job—which, let’s be real, is a lot more than I can say for some other coasters I’ve owned (looking at you, tiny, useless, slippery ones). These actually absorb condensation instead of letting it pool up like a tiny tabletop swamp. And the wood-felt combo? Classy. Elegant. Makes me feel like I have my life together.They’re also the perfect size—not too big, not too small—so whether you’re sipping coffee, whiskey, or a mystery drink you forgot you poured, your table stays safe. Top notch functionally and aesthetically.
I had just refinished a dining table using Watco Danish Oil, and these were a perfect match for what I needed. Soft on the table, large diameter, and matching the dark wood look. They stack well and are a nice addition to our dining area. Would buy again.

These coasters are great. They have felt on the top and bottom so they absorb moisture and prevent scratches on tabletops.

Beautiful and practical!
We go these to compliment our walnut coffee table and dining table. I was worried that moisture from cold classes would with through the felt in the center. After months of use we have had no issues with the cup holders. They are soft and won’t scratch our tables, the felt makes them ultra quiet when you use them, and they really are quite beautiful. A great buy!

Actually works
Coaters are stupid and precious few work without irritation but I like these! The reviews had me a little worried but they are attractive enough and very practical. The wood frame gives the coaster a bit of weight and height, the wool backing keeps your table safe and the wool coaster surface absorbs condensation. No condensation on the table, no glass sticking to the coaster. It all works well. They’re also big enough for a large mug.One star off for the awful charcoal grey color. There could be pretty dyed wools to make this a bit more interesting and I’d buy again if offered in a green or rose.

Surprising quality
I must say these are impressive. The wood is smooth and looks great. The felt soaks up sweat from a cold beverage and won’t stick to the bottom of your glass.

Barely used for the past month (bought 31st March 2023) and it has already developed a crack due to heat I think. Never dropped as otherwise you’ll see a chip on the contact point. Has only held glass and ceramic cups.
